Hotel Policies
These are general hotel policies for Crystal Hotel Istanbul. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.
Check-in
From 14:00 hours
Check-out
Until 12:00 hours
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 75.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
